The joint research and exhibition project of the Art Museum of Estonia and the Hälsingland Museum (Sweden) Michel Sittow in the North? Altarpieces in Dialogue has received funding from the Nordic Culture Fund.

The Nordic Culture Fund (Nordisk Kulturfond) is an international fund that promotes cultural cooperation in the Nordic Region and supports high-level arts and cultural projects. The fund has awarded a grant of 250,000 Danish kroner or 33,600 Euros to the Estonian and Swedish joint project. The grant finances the exhibitions and public programmes in 2022 and 2023 in Estonia and Sweden.
