Night Concert: And I Heard a Voice. Vox Clamantis
Vox Clamantis Artistic
Director and Conductor: Jaan-Eik Tulve
Program: Works by Arvo Pärt and Gregorian chants This concert offers a meditative musical journey, connecting the timeless beauty of Gregorian chant with the works of iconic Estonian composer Arvo Pärt. Together they form a thrilling dialogue between ancient and contemporary sacred music. The program flows like a liturgical cycle, alternating chants with Pärt’s compositions. The concert concludes with the appropriate title song And I Heard a Voice… This night concert is like a musical pilgrimage, inviting listeners into inner silence and deep, attentive listening. The concert is part of the Leading Voices 2025 program.
