Estonian organist and educator Kristel Aer has gained widespread recognition for her refined technique and thoughtful programming. Performing regularly as a soloist and chamber musician at home and abroad, she remains a dedicated advocate for Estonian organ music. Alongside her concert career, she helps shape the next generation of musicians through her teaching at the Tallinn School of Music and Ballet and the Institute of Theology of the Estonian Evangelical Lutheran Church. Her performances are marked by deep stylistic awareness and an innate ability to draw out the vivid, distinct tonal colors of instruments from various eras.
Peeter Sarapuu is a distinguished bassoonist and educator who serves as a professor at the Estonian Academy of Music and Theatre. In addition to his role as principal bassoon of the Estonian National Symphony Orchestra, he has played with prominent early and contemporary music ensembles. As a soloist and chamber partner, his performances span both local and international stages, with a regular focus on championing works by Estonian composers.
Niguliste Church is one of the oldest and most historic buildings in Tallinn, with roots dating back to the 13th century.
